At ChessVanguard, we aim to be transparent and fair with our scheduling and payment policies.
Refund Policy
1. General Rule
Fees are non-refundable once classes begin. Free trials can be canceled at any time without any obligation.
2. Partial Refunds (Special Cases Only)
A 50% refund may be issued for:
- Medical emergencies (valid medical proof required)
- Relocation outside our service areas (for offline classes)
Full Refund: Issued only if ChessVanguard cancels a program permanently.
3. No Refunds For
- Missed classes without 24-hour advance notice
- Change of mind after attending 2 or more sessions
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed and issued within 7 working days to the original payment method used during registration.
Rescheduling Policy
1. If ChessVanguard Cancels
The class will be rescheduled within 48 hours at the original time, or a mutually convenient new slot will be offered to the student.
2. If Student Cancels
A minimum 24-hour advance notice is required for free rescheduling. Late cancellations will unfortunately result in the forfeiture of that session.
Session Credits
Convert unused sessions to credits, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Class Transfer
Transfer your remaining class balance to another student at any time.
